Established in 1862 - one of the first wineries in the Yarra Valley - St Huberts The Stag was named after the Patron Saint of the Hunt, St Hubert – a 7th century nobleman who turned his life around after an encounter with a magnificent stag.
Just like the noble creature, St Hubert The Stag tier of wines represents elegance, grace and esteem.
Quintessentially Victorian, this medium-bodied Shiraz has spicy, peppery notes with dark cherries, blood plums and fresh raspberries on the nose. On the palate; Morello cherries and red fruits, velvety fine tannins and a lingering cherry, chocolate, toasty finish.
