Less than an hour’s drive from Melbourne, our rustic cellar door sits at the gateway to the stunning Yarra Valley - the perfect first stop on your journey into wine country.
St Huberts was originally founded in 1862 by Swiss winemaker Charles Hubert de Castella, before a national wine glut and the 1920s depression saw the Yarra Valley converted into farm land
Roaring back to life in 1966, St Huberts was one of the first wineries to replant in the region.
St Huberts is renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Roussanne.
